About me
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE IN PLACE
With over 16 years’ experience in children’s social care, I have worked across a range of settings, including a young offenders’ prison, a mental health hospital and residential childcare. I have over 11 years’ experience in residential childcare, including more than six years as a Registered Manager and experience as a Responsible Individual, supporting children and young people aged 5–19.
I specialise in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and service development. Having successfully established a children’s home, supported providers through Ofsted registration, worked as a Responsible Individual and an independent Regulation 44 Inspector, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership experience to my consultancy work.
I offer Responsible Individual support, independent Regulation 44 visits and practical consultancy to help providers strengthen governance, maintain regulatory compliance and deliver safe, high-quality, child-centred care.
